Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Accreditation

We are pleased to offer delegates attending the NPCC Innovation & Digital Summit 2026 the opportunity to gain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation as part of their event experience.

The Summit organisers have partnered with The CPD Group to accredit a selection of keynote presentations, workshops and learning sessions. These sessions have been independently assessed against recognised CPD standards, enabling delegates to gain valuable and measurable professional development from their attendance.

About The CPD Group

The CPD Group is an internationally recognised accreditation organisation that supports high-quality professional development across a wide range of sectors. It accredits learning activities, training providers and employers against recognised CPD standards, helping organisations demonstrate quality and helping learners evidence their professional development.

As the first and only CPD accreditation service certified by The CPD Register, The CPD Group's accreditation processes meet the highest recognised industry standards, providing confidence for both learning providers and learners alike. Their simple yet effective accreditation framework helps organisations demonstrate credibility, validate expertise and promote high-quality professional development experiences.

How to Earn CPD Credits at the Summit

To receive CPD credit, delegates must record their attendance at each accredited session by either:

  • Being scanned into the session by event staff; or
  • Scanning the QR code displayed during the session or included in the event programme.

Sessions marked (CPD) on the agenda qualify for credits.

Attendance must be recorded for every CPD-accredited session attended.

Claiming Your CPD Certificate

Following the event, delegates who have successfully registered attendance at eligible CPD sessions will receive an email containing:

A link to claim their CPD points;

Access to their CPD learning record; and

A downloadable CPD certificate.

This service is provided free of charge.

Adding Value to Your Summit Experience

The NPCC Innovation & Digital Summit brings together leaders, practitioners and partners from across policing, law enforcement and the wider public sector to explore innovation, digital transformation and emerging technologies.

CPD accreditation enables delegates to formally recognise the knowledge and skills gained through attending the Summit. By participating in accredited sessions, delegates can demonstrate their commitment to continuous professional development and maintain an evidenced record of their learning.
